Cinco Squared, which offers marketers a new way to increase consumer base and improve business building methods, recently launched online. Using the service, marketers can create a web-based loyalty program to increase repeat purchases and maintain a solid consumer base.

On the website, marketers can create customized direct mail pieces with company information, promotions, QR codes and more on them. The direct mail pieces, postcards, flyers and brochures can then be sent out as part of a loyalty program or marketing campaign to intended customers. The printed materials can encourage repeat purchases from existing customers, reach out to new customers and build trusting relationships with industry peers.

Similarly, online magazine Rumpus recently launched a direct mail campaign to engage consumers and create awareness of new content and information on the site. In conjunction with email blasts and social media efforts, Rumpus is sending its readers supplemental letters and postcards filled with information and links to external sites that might interest the recipients, the Kansas City Star reported.

Despite preferring to read content online, the viewers of the online magazine have embraced the direct mail promotion and more than 1,500 readers have signed up for the service.
