The United States Postal Service recently announced it will host Grow Your Business Day, designed to help small and medium-sized businesses create affordable direct mail pieces for integrated marketing campaigns.

The event will feature discussions on how to leverage online tools and USPS products to create customized, measurable marketing campaigns with direct mail pieces. Experts in direct mail campaigns will help participants throughout the workshop, offering advice and demonstrating best practices, the Albany, Oregon, Democrat Herald reported.

For example, Haven Holidays recently launched the second edition of its vacation brochure, featuring special discounts, new itineraries and additional activities travelers can participate in while on their trip. The brochure was mailed out to existing customers, and can be used at trade shows and other events. It uses engaging graphics to draw in the reader and provides valuable content to inform the recipient of the company's offerings. The brochure also has links in it, guiding readers to the company website for further information, Wales Online reported.
