If you find the physical quality of your order, including printing, cutting and finishing quality, is not the best it can be; send an email including your name, order number, a description of the issue
and weekday contact information to email@example.com
within 30 days of the receipt of your order. A customer care rep will follow up with you within two business days to arrange
for replacement or refund.
Understandably 123Print cannot guarantee anything out of the direct control of our manufacturing process. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Errors in spelling, grammar or typography
- Diminished quality due to the use of low-quality, low-resolution, or otherwise inferior, uploaded
images or designs
- Mistakes made in the selection of product, design template, quantity, stock and finishing options
- Design errors caused by customer actions involving the movement of text, placement of uploads or dimensions and sizes of uploaded files
- Delays in your receipt of your order caused by the shipping carrier
