The first order I received from 123Print was flawed and I complained. They fixed the problem giving me an entirely satisfactory product and replaced the original order at no extra cost. Good job, Thank you, Mike Harting
The image and print on my return address label are both very small as compared to the amount of label around them. I tried to make them bigger in the on line design stage but the program would not let me. 123 PRINT should have caught this and I am disappointed!

NO CALLBACKS AFTER THREE MESSAGES LEFT REQUESTING ONE! FINALLY RECEIV ED AN E-MAIL RESPONSE ON FOURTH ANS LAST REQUEST. PUT IN MY ORDER AND ASKED TO VIEW THE ARTWORK BEFORE APPROVING IT. NEXT CONTACT I GOT WAS NOTICE OF SHIPPMENT! I WILL PROBABLY N OT TRY AGAIN!
