This was my 3rd reorder and since my last order my font was dropped, no one had the right print color on file, the photo on my business card was now over cropped and the sample shown for approval page was out of focus. Too many cust. serv. people emailed me for approval. When I called Cust. Serv. it took over 5 times to get someone to fix the mistakes on file, plus follow up was poor. I finally got in touch with someone in the graphics dept. who sent me a jpeg image with the changes that I needed, and also had to send an old business card via snail mail to get everything to match the original look of my card wanted. Once that graphics dept rep got the correct image and printing correct, I was happy. Over one month past prior to getting the order straight.
