I already had a template for my non-profit business cards which I modified and wasn't sure if it would fit. Using the chat function, I was guided step by step and was given useful information about sizing to fit the two sided rectangular card. Shipping was fast and the cards came out perfect. While a little expensive for a small non-profit, I would use them again due to the ease of use.
