Hello, I have to say I was not expecting to get the service that I had gotten from your rep Darlene she was very helpful with everything I needed. I had not been to the site since all the changes and because of that it changed the layout of my card and she help me reconstruct my card and fixed it so I'm happy with the look. Then I started laughing because I needed a banner and she offered to help me (suggested sales). I trusted her judgement because of what she did with my cards and she made it look awesome. I was very happy with her 200% customer service I say 200 because she went the extra mile for me. I will be back next for magnets for my truck and of course I will ask for her and when I send my friends to you I will tell them to ask for Darlene as well.
