I was able to create a custom label for my company with a logo provided by me. The design process was easy to navigate and there are many options to adjust placement, type and overall look. The preview of the label looked exactly like the actual labels when they arrived. I will definitely order from 123 print again.

Improvement can be made to the label. I shall have to accept responsibility for a mediocre product. Company had everything ready and available. I just didn't take the time.

In the past, I've ordered labels and business cards from "The Other Guys," who have a much bigger web presence. Never again. The 123 Print return-address labels are on GLOSSY stock, and the photo reproduction is MUCH better.

After posting a 'not-so-thrilled' review when I received my original order, I was immediately contacted by a 123 rep. She informed me that she had fixed the issue (logo placement and size) and was sending out a new, replacement order to me, free of charge! And THAT, folks, is how you get loyal customers!
