Title:
Custom editing online was easy, lots of options

Customization gives lots of headroom for text, shapes, images, and moving things around on the canvas. The guidelines for background, bleed, and trim sections are clear. There's some room for ignoring the "trim" area but I didn't want to risk it on my first batch. The cards otherwise arrived how I expected them and very close to the preview version presented. I used the recycled, beige paper stock which slightly muted the color of one image, but it was entirely acceptable, looks natural, and what I was told to expect in the editor. My only regret is that I was using multiple computers over several sessions to complete my design and somewhere the version I added to cart was not my final saved version. Manually saving often would have helped me out to avoid that and I should have looked at the proof that was emailed to me more closely. My fault entirely and I'm not unhappy with the cards I received. I'll definitely be back to order another batch of updated ones when I run out.

Printed poorly

The business cards came out like crap. Didn?t look like the proof and had an obvious line across the bottom (white gap) where the image wasn?t printed. Sticks because the design was so cool.

For best results, the entire canvas of the product—including the bleed area beyond the trim line—should be fully covered with artwork. Leaving this area blank can sometimes result in visible white edges after trimming, which seems to be what occurred in your order. Disappointed regular customer

I am a regular customer and order a variety of items. I am typically satisfied, or very satisfied, with my orders but not this one. The quality was very poor. The images had a yellowish hue which was not present in the images I had submitted.

They're fine but quality control is bad. Not recommend for full bleed cards.

The print is clear and the finish is fine, though more matte than I expected for a "standard" business card printing. The biggest issue is that about 1 in every 10 or so cards has been misaligned when printed and has a white stripe on one of it's side. When you've got a colorful business card like mine, it means a good chunk of the cards are defective and look bad in front of the customers. Because of this issue, I don't think I'll be buying these cards again. If you've got a white business card or card that doesn't need bleed, these should be fine.
