The business cards came out like crap. Didn?t look like the proof and had an obvious line across the bottom (white gap) where the image wasn?t printed. Sticks because the design was so cool.

For best results, the entire canvas of the product—including the bleed area beyond the trim line—should be fully covered with artwork. Leaving this area blank can sometimes result in visible white edges after trimming, which seems to be what occurred in your order. I am a regular customer and order a variety of items. I am typically satisfied, or very satisfied, with my orders but not this one. The quality was very poor. The images had a yellowish hue which was not present in the images I had submitted.

The print is clear and the finish is fine, though more matte than I expected for a "standard" business card printing. The biggest issue is that about 1 in every 10 or so cards has been misaligned when printed and has a white stripe on one of it's side. When you've got a colorful business card like mine, it means a good chunk of the cards are defective and look bad in front of the customers. Because of this issue, I don't think I'll be buying these cards again. If you've got a white business card or card that doesn't need bleed, these should be fine.

I ordered 260lb ultra thick business cards with rounded corners. The first order arrived and the cards had a noticeable edge, poor quality. I spoke to customer service and instead of a refund they re-ordered. The second order arrived with the same poor quality and they refused to refund. Very poor customer service by both individuals I talked with!
