Great thick business cards, love the rounded corners...

So even though what was wrong with my order didn't get fixed they were willing to redo it with what they thought needed to be fixed and if I had wanted probably with what I thought needed to be fixed also but just didn't want to figure it all out. So I give them 5 stars for being willing to redo my order. What was wrong ... I ordered business cards and on the design part of the page ... the print safe area will make it on the card but as to how close to an edge it will actually be I didn't feel was accurate. My letters were in the print safe area and it looked like the right distance from the top and bottom(even spacing) I thought in the proof before buying but that is where the problem was, the card distance outside the proof safe area fluctuates so some cards seemed like it was on the edge more than others instead of a consistent spacing making it look like the letters were crammed to the edge when there is plenty of room on the card for it. This was probably my fault but Im pretty good at visual centering and equal distance observation, so I thought it would work out. Was very happy to see they were willing to do a reorder!

I had uploaded an image to use for my business cards and they ended up being too close to the edge when printed. Customer service was quick to fix the issue and said they'd take care of the fix and reprint and send them out and within a week, we have the new cards in hand and they look fabulous! Thank you!
