I was not happy with the paper quality of the business cards and customer service was no help.

I ordered 260lb ultra thick business cards with rounded corners. The first order arrived and the cards had a noticeable edge, poor quality. I spoke to customer service and instead of a refund they re-ordered. The second order arrived with the same poor quality and they refused to refund. Very poor customer service by both individuals I talked with!

Cards not quite as expected

I found the site easy to use. The cards came faster than I expected, but I was surprised that the standard business card has a matte finish on the front. I don't know if I missed something in the description or what.

Solid quality cards, disappointing software

I carefully uploaded my own design for some mini cards and made sure the background went over the edge for the cute line. And still one side of my cards shows the white background. It looks kinda unprofessional now. Luckily this was for a hobby and not a business setting, so I can still use these prints. Be wary of their software's boundary markers. They aren't 100% accurate.

Totally messed up the color tone of the picture

My card had my profile picture. The submitted design and the real product have a big difference in the color tone. All of my cards are useless. Waste.
