I found the site easy to use. The cards came faster than I expected, but I was surprised that the standard business card has a matte finish on the front. I don't know if I missed something in the description or what.
Thank you for your feedback. While our business cards are defaulted to matte stock, we offer many options to choose from - including a glossy finish on the front. Please feel free to give us a call the next time you place an order, so we may assist you in locating the different options.
I carefully uploaded my own design for some mini cards and made sure the background went over the edge for the cute line. And still one side of my cards shows the white background. It looks kinda unprofessional now. Luckily this was for a hobby and not a business setting, so I can still use these prints. Be wary of their software's boundary markers. They aren't 100% accurate.

My card had my profile picture. The submitted design and the real product have a big difference in the color tone. All of my cards are useless. Waste.
