Ordered these for a networking event and they came with the margins messed up and printed incorrectly as a result. Was informed that the reprint will not arrive prior to my event so what even was the point in ordering in the first place? This will be the second order I?ve placed in a row now before a marketing event (last year was a trade show) that has been messed up and the correction not rushed and priority shipped. Doesn?t seem quite right that I literally pay the price for promotional materials only to not be able to use them.

I was trying to order new business cards but needed to change wording, telephone number, etc. I was having a hard time on line, but called and a representative made all the changes I requested and I placed an order. During the review I noticed that I had left something off, I contacted them again and the change was made right away. Really great customer service and the prices are outstanding.
