I was dissatisfied with my previous order of business cards and left a review. I was contacted immediately by a customer service representative who not only apologized but also submitted a new order to reprint the cards. This batch of cards are perfect! Prior to this order and upon requesting a bid/cost the prices seemed to inflate without explaination....well upon inquiry I FORGOT that I had upgraded quality and quantity of item(s). They were so good as to extend a discount price and I really appreciated the fact that when I was wrong and they were TERRIFIC!!
