So far, I've gotten help with everything I need.
There was a slight offset problem with the first cards. The company went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied and reprinted the order at no cost to me, or even a request from me. Very impressed with this level of customer satisfaction they strive for.
A) I LOVE THE FINISHED PRODUCT....my wife and I think our new Biz cards are great. B) The first shipment got lost by UPS, but you resent a new batch of cards without charge. C) I will speak well of 123Print to everyone. D) Thanks
I was disappointed at first that there was not telephone support over the weekend, but my sales associate on chat, James, did a five-star job getting me what I needed so I didn't have to wait until Monday to place my order.
