I had ordered mini-cards from another company and was excited to see 123Print offered them at a lower cost. Placed an order with my artwork and received the cards. The color had an overall yellowish cast that was not present in the photograph. The cards were not cut straight. Called and was told to send them back and place a new order. I was told I would be reimbursed for shipping back. Re-did the photo to make sure the color was correct and re-ordered. Again, the color was off and much of the detail was lost in the printing. Also there was a 1/8" white band of unprinted area. Called back and spoke directly to the art department and was assured, she understood the problem and would adjust it for the 3rd printing. What I received was every bit as bad as the other 2 printings. After numerous phone calls to customer service and the accounting department, I still have not received reimbursement for the return shipping (its been 3 months) I've ordered cards here before and was pleased. But I used one of 123Print's designs. I do not think they have the capability to handle high quality photography or fine artwork that is uploaded by the customer. 123Print is certainly cheap. But so is their product and customer service.

I looked at other business card sites but 123Print allowed me to design my mini business cards using my own layout, logos and print without having to select a pre-designed template. I like the freedom to have what I want on my business card and not what a company tells me to have.
I can't imagine having another company create and print my business cards. The design team is first class, the delivery is fast and the prices reasonable. I am very proud to hand out the business cards 123 Print created.
