I ordered square cards with one image on either side. Both sides are off-center and the edges were not cut smooth. I reported an issue and was told a reprint would occur. That order arrived and was also off-center. I have 400 cards that are worthless. I posted a 1 star review because I couldnt get traction with customer service otherwise. They called me immediately and gave me 5 star service, explaining that my design was correct and centered, but that they were having issues with the printer - this is obviously a 3rd party. They agreed to reprint again and upon receipt the cards are much better than before. However, they are still slightly offcenter, maybe a millimeter or so. These cards will have to do, at least they are presentable.
