Most of the products received from 123Print are of a high quality, however when we received our addressed envelopes today, we were greatly disappointed in the font used (you can barely read our address) and the quality of the envelopes themselves. Envelopes sometimes, when mailed, go through several machines and hands before they get to their destination and these envelopes appear to be "cheap" and not able to stand up to many handlings. We tried to send a message to 123Print, but to no avail, so a review might be our only avenue of communicating with the company. We want to return them for a refund.

It was my first time ordering custom made envelopes for my company. I found the design process a little daunting at first for a newbie, but got the hang of it. I started with a basic logo and they came back quickly to let me know the resolution was too low. Resent a new logo and the order began processing. It took a couple weeks for the order to be shipped, but they kept me updated on the status of our order. Envelopes arrived quickly, once shipped and turned out great. The price was fantastic, as well...Company Owner approved! Will definitely be ordering from them for our next envelope or stationary order.
I've ordered business cards and envelopes from 123 Print and they are great! Good quality and just what I ordered! And it only took about 3-4 days for my items to arrive! Will definitely be ordering more from them again!
