How do you price your products so competitively?
We are capable of printing virtually all of our products on high speed digital
equipment. Via a modern production facility and state of the art manufacturing
processes, we are able to pass along these efficiencies to our customers.
What product categories do you offer?
We offer a complete line of full-color personalized business products including
business cards, magnetic business cards, letterheads, return address labels,
mailing labels, memo pads, greeting cards and postcards. We also
offer one-color matching stationery envelopes and business correspondence
envelopes.
How do I order matching designs across these products?
After you have selected the design, order quantity, and paper stock, you will
be given a choice of other products that offer the same design you have chosen.
What paper stocks have you chosen?
We offer a variety of paper stocks to meet both your aesthetic and budget
needs. In both business cards and letterheads, you can upgrade from "Premium"
to "Premium Plus" to "Deluxe."
Is everything printed in full color?
All of our products are printed in full color with the exception of envelopes.

Can I get an actual proof before I place my order?
Yes, you can click on "View PDF" and receive a low resolution image that is
perfect for downloading onto your computer or printing. You can review the
image with business associates or friends during the session, and then place
the actual order.
What is the purpose of a PDF?
A Portable Document Format (PDF) enables you view all images in low resolution.
It is ideal for downloading onto your computer or printing.
What is the purpose of an e-card?
By following the simple instructions, an e-card enables you to save your
pertinent information in Microsoft Outlook. This data can then be forwarded to
all of your key contacts.
My Artwork
Can I upload my own artwork or design?
Yes, if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser,
you may upload your own artwork, logo, photograph or
complete design file to a 123Print business card. The Solid White design
is recommended, but any of our business card designs will accept uploaded
files. Choose the design you wish to use, click on the "Add Artwork/Logo"
button in the Design Studio tool bar and follow the simple instructions.

Shipping & Delivery
How are your shipping costs calculated?
We charge shipping by the weight of your order plus a processing fee.
Shipping and processing fees are designed to compensate 123Print for its
shipping costs and help offset the expenses related to receiving and processing
orders, maintaining inventory and warehousing.
Which shipping methods do you use?
Our standard method is ground transportation via UPS, USPS, or other
selected carriers. All shipment should arrive in 3-7 days after
the placement of your order. There are a number of expedited shipping options:
"3 Days Guaranteed"(1 production day, plus UPS second day air delivery),
"2 Days Guaranteed"(1 production day, plus UPS next day air delivery)
and "Next Day Guaranteed"(same day processing, plus UPS next day air delivery).
The latter option requires such orders to be placed by 3:00pm EST.
What do you mean by "Fast Delivery?"
It's our mission to manufacture and ship by the next business day all orders
received by 5:00pm EST. We ship via ground transportation unless noted on the
product offer. You may select expedited shipping for even faster service.
Do you offer rush delivery service?
Yes. If the order is placed before 3:00pm EST (Monday through Friday), then you
can select the "Next Day Guaranteed" option. We'll print your order and ship it
the same day for overnight delivery.
