How are you able to price your products so competitively?
123Print is capable of printing almost all of our products on high speed digital equipment. Through modern production facilities and state of the art manufacturing processes, we're able to pass along these efficiencies to you, our customer.
What type of products do you offer?
The simplest answer is both personal and business oriented products. We have everything from business cards to banners, from yard signs to car magnets and more ? all available to help your business stand out from all the rest. On a more personal side, you can find wedding invitations, greeting cards, address labels and more!
What if I want to order matching designs across the products you mentioned?
You're welcome to do that! After you have selected the design, order quantity, and paper stock, you'll be given a choice of other products that offer the same design that you have chosen!
What paper stocks are available?
Depending on what product you're ordering will depend on the selection of paper stocks you have. Throughout the site you'll find products available in our standard weight stock (80 lb), medium weight stock (110 lb), linen stock, or recycled stock. We've offered many choices to help fit your aesthetic and budget needs. Just take a look!
Is everything printed in full color?
Yes? with the exception of our stamps. Our stamps print in only one color, which you get to choose.

We print most orders within 24 hours. While we routinely ship these orders via ground transportation, exceptions for Next Day Air service can be made. This option is provided to you on all orders.
How do I place a reorder?
You can place a reorder by simply clicking

and providing the requested information. From there locate the item you intend to reorder, click on it, and then tell us if you'd like the same or wish to make any changes to it.
What are your return policy and/or guarantee?
123Print stands behind the quality of its products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product for any reason, please send the entire product back to us within 30 days of receiving it, with your Order Number for an exchange or full refund. Can I get an actual proof before I place my order?
You bet. Click on "100% PDF," located in your shopping cart once you have added your item to the cart. 100% PDF allows for you to receive a low resolution image that is perfect for downloading to your computer, or printing on printer paper. You can review the image with business associates or friends, get opinions, and then place your actual order.
What is the purpose of a PDF?
A Portable Document Format (PDF) enables you to view all images in low resolution. It is ideal for downloading onto your computer, or printing onto printer paper.
Can I upload my own artwork or design?
Of course. Go ahead and upload your own artwork, logo, or photograph to any of our already existing designs absolutely free, or upload a completely unique design to our solid white products absolutely FREE.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time we only accept credit card transactions under VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How are your shipping costs calculated?
We charge shipping by the weight of your order plus a processing fee. Shipping and processing fees are designed to compensate 123Print for its shipping costs and help offset the expenses related to receiving and processing orders, maintaining inventory and warehousing.
Which shipping methods do you use?
Our standard method is ground transportation via UPS (shipment arrives in 3-7 days), USPS (shipment arrives in 3-13 days) and other selected carriers. There are a number of expedited shipping options as well:
• 3 Days Guaranteed (1 production day plus UPS second day air delivery)
• 2 Days Guaranteed (1 production day, plus UPS next day air delivery)
• Next Day Guaranteed (same day processing, plus UPS next day air delivery)
*Only available for orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday, except holidays.
What do you mean by "Fast Delivery?"
It's our mission to manufacture and ship by the next business day all orders received by 4:00pm EST Monday through Friday, except holidays. We ship via ground transportation unless otherwise noted on the product offer. You also have the option of expedited shipping for even faster service.
Do you offer rush delivery service?
Yes. As long as your order is placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday, except holidays, then you may select the "Next Day Guaranteed" option. We will print your order and ship it the same day for overnight delivery.
Which countries, other than the United States, do you ship to?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States.
