The description of this product claims to be 16 mil. Converting 16mil to mm is roughly 40 mm. A 25mm fridge magnet will barely hold a piece of paper. A 30mm fridge magnet will do a good job holding up a restaurant menu. This product is as thin as a piece of notebook paper. I didn't measure it but I'd guess it at around 15 mils. It barely sticks to the fridge on its own, and holding up a sheet of tissue paper is a challenge for it. The artwork reproduction was good, but the material is not as advertised and if you want any kind of promotional material with these magnets, don't bother. They won't impress your customers.

The magnets are not intended to be used to hold paper to your fridge, but rather to advertise your business - or a message of your choice. Quite thin which is good. The colors are slightly muted or just ever so slightly chalky looking, but the print quality is quite good and seems pretty durable if that's important to you. I would say it's a good value but not great. Of course that all depends on how many you order and what you're looking for in the end.
