Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples on select products. Stock samples look identical to what is shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include your exact product selections including your selected size, paper stock and unique personalization. Use our editor to create exactly what you want, then add to cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team. Samples are NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONAL USE. Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

OK, but wish I had upgraded the envelopes

I have been happy with the birthday cards I've ordered in the past. I wanted to reorder the same but with a different art on the cover. I could not figure out how to change just the front cover and the chat person was not helpful or did not understand my question. I thought these cute pets will make everyone smile! So I started my order from scratch and picked this card. this is not as high quality as the cards I have bought in the past, and I didn't see how to upgrade the envelopes, so it's OK, but not as nice as my previous birthday cards. This was a little frustrating.
