Can't read the card

I have ordered a number of times all OK but this time the cards I got are useless. You can't read them.

Business cards were not aligned properly before they were cut. As a result, some cards have white borders/edges (the cards are supposed to have a solid black background). The image was properly centered when the order was placed.
