My order for these cards came quickly. Happy about that. The cards were exactly what I had ordered and expected. Happy about that as well. Unfortunately, the envelopes that came with the cards were far larger than the cards. I called 123Print to help correct this. The customer service representative that I spoke with assured me that the error would be corrected and issued a new order for envelopes that were an appropriate size for the cards. I received the envelopes a few days later. They were exactly the same size as the ones that were sent in my original order. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. A company that deals in printing shouldn't be making these kind of mistakes. The photo on the website of the card and envelope appear to be of similar sizing but that is not what I got. Very disappointed!!!
