How Long Does a Refund Take for Canceled Orders?

We typically process refunds or cancellations on the same business day that we receive your request.

When You’ll See the Money

The timing depends on the status of your order at the time it is canceled:

If Your Order Has Not Shipped

Your credit card is not charged until your order prints and ships. However, you may see a temporary authorization hold placed when the order was submitted.

When the order is canceled, the authorization is voided—not charged
The hold is typically released within a few business days
The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If the order has already shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed (or “batched”) nightly
You may see the refund or a pending credit within 1–2 business days
The time it takes to appear in your available balance depends on your bank or card issuer
