Can I Order a Product Without Personalization?

Yes. Most of our products can be ordered without adding your own text, photos, logos, signatures, or other personalization.

However, it's important to understand the difference between a product that is not personalized and a product that is completely blank.

No Personalization vs. Blank Products

Many of our products are professionally designed templates that include pre-designed artwork, backgrounds, graphics, greetings, or other decorative elements.

  • No Personalization: You choose not to add your own text, photos, logos, or other custom content. The product's existing design elements remain intact.
  • Blank Product: A panel, side, or entire product contains no artwork, text, graphics, or design elements.

As a result, ordering a product without customization does not necessarily mean the product will be blank. In most cases, the original product design will still appear as shown in the preview.

Can I Leave Personalization Areas Empty?

Yes. If a product includes editable personalization areas, you may leave those areas blank if you prefer.

Before placing your order, we recommend reviewing the product preview carefully to ensure the final result appears exactly as you expect.

What If I Want a Completely Blank Product?

Some products can be modified to create a blank panel or a more minimal design.

Depending on the product, you may be able to:

  • Use the Clear Canvas feature to remove all content from a specific panel or side
  • Start with a Design Your Own product that begins with a blank canvas
  • Use the Product Editor to create a custom design from scratch

Not all products support complete removal of original design elements, so be sure to review the product preview or contact customer service if you have questions.

Will I Receive a Discount If I Don't Personalize the Product?

Generally, no. Most of our products include personalization as part of the standard product offering, and pricing is typically the same whether or not you add custom text, images, logos, or other content.

Choosing not to personalize a product usually does not reduce production costs, so discounts are generally not offered for orders submitted without customization.

  • Review the preview carefully to confirm what will print.
  • Remember that leaving personalization fields blank does not automatically make a product blank.
