How Proof Revisions and Approval Work
Some orders include a proof process. When that happens, Product Editor will send you into a follow-up approval step after the updated design is saved.
What you may see in Product Editor
- A Save and Continue action instead of a standard add-to-cart step
How to handle proof-related edits
- Review the notes for the section you are editing (if applicable).
- Make the requested changes carefully.
- Continue to the next approval step when prompted.
Helpful tip
If a proof workflow is active, follow the on-screen instructions closely and complete the approval step after saving so the revised version can move forward correctly.
