How to Use Product Editor

Product Editor is the editing space used to personalize many different products. You can use it to add text, upload images, change layouts, review multiple sides of a product, and prepare your item before adding it to cart.

What you will see on the screen

  • Design area: The middle of the screen shows the current side of your product.
  • Left toolbar: This is where you open tools such as Add Text, Add Image, Artwork Library, Templates, and Size & Format.
  • Top action bar: This includes Undo, Redo, Copy, Paste, Back To Original, and Add To Cart.
  • Side tabs: Depending on the product, you may see Front, Back, Envelope, or other panel names.
  • Zoom controls: The bottom of the screen lets you zoom in or out while you work.

Best way to get started

  1. Check which side of the product you are viewing.
  2. Add or update the text you want first.
  3. Upload or place images if your design uses photos or artwork.
  4. Review any additional sides, such as the back or envelope, when available.
  5. Use Save Work if you want to come back later.
  6. Open Add To Cart only after you have reviewed the full design.

Helpful tips

  • If a product includes more than one editable side, review every side before ordering.
  • If a design looks wrong after several changes, Back To Original returns the product to its starting point.
  • Some products show extra tools or fewer tools based on what that product supports.
